Collene Castle is a proud, strong Menang Ngundju Noongar leader who celebrates over 3,000 generations of connections to this Country. Collene was the 2022 Perth 09NAIDOC Outstanding Achiever Award winner for Perth, is a specialist in Aboriginal engagement and employment and is passionate about meaningful lasting impact of reconciliation

Natalie Kendal is an experienced strategist and corporate adviser who builds sustainable partnerships and positive, impactful results for organisations, businesses and people. Natalie has worked in finance, risk management and corporate law and has experience in the community sector leading social impact projects.

Collene Castle

Collene is a proud, strong Menang Ngudju Noongar yok (woman) with kinship connections throughout Western Australia. Collene has an excellent understanding of what’s needed on the ground to coach organisations and their leaders through their reconciliation journey.

Collene has 25+ years experience across many industries and her strengths include:

Collene has broad experience in building Aboriginal Engagement and Employment Strategies. She is an expert at identifying gaps and solutions in employer’s attraction, recruitment and retention processes with demonstrated successful outcomes. 

Collene has many years of experience developing Reconciliation Action Plans. She is a member of the West Coast Eagles RAP committee and along with her work on the National GHD RAP Committee. Collene is an Independent Director on the Water Research Australia Board and the Chairperson of the McGovern Foundation Board.

Collene’s lifetime contribution to the national reconciliation agenda and enhancing Aboriginal prosperity was recently honoured at the 2022 NAIDOC awards, where she awarded the Perth NAIDOC Outstanding Achiever Award.

Natalie Kendal

Natalie works with clients to drive long lasting change through reconciliation. She is passionate about reconciliation and supporting organisational leaders to use their resources and sphere of influence to help close the unacceptable gap that exists for Aboriginal people.

Natalie enjoys advising and leading organisations to develop strategies and undertake projects that make a positive difference.  She draws on her broad experience across 20 years working in corporate roles and community roles to build client relationships, engage with stakeholders, set the strategy, solve complex problems and deliver impactful outcomes (commercial and social). 

Natalie has worked with clients across diverse sectors and projects in her previous roles in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank, risk management at Macquarie Group and corporate law at Minter Ellison.  Her community sector experience covers social impact projects including for arts, education and local government organisations.
